Management Information Systems

The Management Information Systems (MIS) major prepares students to be the business world's information systems professionals. Graduates of this program possess a solid technical background in information technology (IT) as well as the strong problem-solving and communications skills required in management.

Our MIS program focuses on the development, use, and management of business computing applications. MIS students take courses in both management and computer science to create a learning experience that will meet their interests and career goals. Our MIS students are trained to design and develop integrated solutions to business problems, not simply to program.
