Research
His research focuses on organizational aesthetics and reflective practice. His organizational aesthetics work has been around arts based modalities such as storytelling and theatrical performance within organizations. His work in reflective practice is based in the action science / action inquiry traditions and is focused on extending these traditions with arts based practices.
