Information technology use in health care; information technology & organizational behaviors; impact of information technology; assessment of data and information quality; appropriate uses of information technologies; computers & education; introducing new teaching materials; education & technological literacy

Research

Her overall research interests are focused on advanced information technologies, such as enterprise systems, and their use in organizations. Her research examines how such systems contribute to the structuring of work and the need for exception handling and work arounds as organizations seek to fit packaged systems to the needs of organizational tasks and processes. Her research interests also include MIS quality issues, with primary focus on data and information quality.
