Research & Teaching Interests
Research: Resistance, power, and conflict in organizations; Organizations and the natural environment; Biotechnology organizations; Leadership and learning in technology-intensive settings, in high-risk ventures, and in the classroom; Intergroup relations and diversity management; Narrative theory and its application to strategy and organizational behavior and change; Power and control in the implementation of technological change.
Teaching: Organization Behavior and Theory; Management of Change; Group and Intergroup Dynamics; Leadership.
