Research
Her principal research interest is in the area of production analysis and issues relating to mergers, productivity, profit efficiency, scale efficiency, size efficiency, efficiency dynamics, as well as regional differences in competitiveness and productivity growth. While she has applied her research to several industries she is particularly interested in the banking industry and the manufacturing sector. Her research is empirical in nature and makes extensive use of non-parametric linear programming techniques, econometrics, time series analysis, and statistical methods to analyze these issues.
