Research
Her principal research interest is in the area of e-commerce and website quality, including research in consumer behavior and the Internet. Her research has expanded to include website accessibility issues and cultural factors affecting website usage. She has applied her research to several industries, including online retailing, services, and the automotive industry. Her research is empirical in nature and makes extensive use of structural equation modeling.
