ITRCs: Accessibility and Quality
With most companies having a Web presence, measuring the quality of these sites and how they can further entice consumers to revisit and purchase is a growing concern. Factors, such as the ease of use, usefulness, entertainment, trust, and response time of a site have arisen as critical determinants of quality. Of paramount importance, however, is the accessibility of a site. If a site is not accessible to a consumer, its navigational ease and content are useless to him/her. Website quality and accessibility via the Internet, (i.e., can a consumer access a website easily) go hand-in-hand.
